Tour a high performance build while under construction! This passive-based project is modeled to tie as Minnesota’s lowest-rated HERS home. With the planned solar array, this project will be a record -45 HERS, far below zero.

Project tour will be led by Ryan Stegora of RJ Stegora Inc. and client Kevin Tholen, retired engineer with 3M.

Technical Teasers: This home is constructed with a hybrid wall - a 2x4 structural with 8” GPS SIPS panels to the exterior (R-60) and insulated slab on grade on challenging soils. Come learn how this home is achieving superior air tightness and eliminating thermal bridges on a realistic budget!
